Bedford Masonic Golfers Help BMP

of the Bedford District Masonic Lodges recently presented a cheque for $1,000 to the BMP Foundation
for the purchase of new medical equipment.
The gift represented the profits from the Masonic Charity Golf Tournament held
this past June at the Lac Brome Golf Club in Foster. Fourty-four golfers turned out to enjoy
a day on the links and over sixty persons sat down to a buffet meal later in the evening, making
the event the Group's most successful District Golf Tournament to date.
As a result of this turnout and subsequent support from
the Masonic Foundation of Quebec, the participating lodges were able to present cheques to
both the BMP Foundation and the Shriner's Hospital in Montreal.
