BMP Car Draw off to Fast Start Cowansville, June 2010 – Tickets are once again on sale for the BMP Foundation’s annual car draw. And now the prizes, and the reward, are greater than ever! The grand prize is $25,000 towards the purchase of a new car of your choice (from one of the six participating Cowansville car dealers; Bessette Automobile, Cowansville Mazda, Cowansville Toyota Deragon Ford, Deragon Honda, and Rocheleau Chevrolet). The winner can also opt for a cash prize of $20,000 instead. A second prize of $5,000, third prize of $2,000 and three prizes of $1,000 round out the largest purse offered yet in this popular annual fundraiser for the BMP Foundation. Proceeds from this year’s Draw will enable the Foundation to help the CSSS La Pommeraie make significant improvements within the BMP Hospital, including the expansion of the new BMP Emergency unit, a new digital mammography unit and the construction of new specialist clinical facilities. As in recent years, buyers have two options . . . a $5 ticket affords one chance to win, while a $10 ticket gives three chances to win. Volunteers will set up on site at many businesses throughout the county and at most major events this summer. Don’t forget to say hello, and to encourage them by buying your tickets early, and often!
