Your gift will be used to purchase
advanced medical equipment, provide health care training for our medical staff or make facilities
improvements that enhance patient service. Tax receipts are issued for gifts of $20 or more and, if
you wish, your donation can be an in memoriam gift.
How to donate: You can make single or
repetitive monthly donations in one of three ways:
- By phone: Call us between 8:30 and 4:30 PM at 450-266-5548 and
we will be pleased to receive your donation by credit card or preauthorized payment.
- Online: Go to
the secure
CanadaHelps portal and follow the step by step instructions.
Your credit card will be billed, CanadaHelps will send you a receipt and the BMP Foundation will
send you an acknowledgement.
- By Mail: Download
and print one of the following forms. Mail the completed form to: BMP Foundation, 950 Principale,
Cowansville QC J2K 1K3.
