2009 Mayors Brunch & Dinner

The always popular Mayors & Councillors
Brunch and Dinner took place at the Auberge West Brome on Sunday, April 26th, 2009 when diners once
again had their choice of a hearty mid-day Brunch or a Roast Beef Dinner in the evening.
This event normally takes place earlier in the year but renovations at the Auberge
West Brome made our normal February date a difficult one this year. Fortunately, the April date
worked out very well for us as we witnessed a significant increase in our number of diners which
resulted in $14,110 being raised for the Foundation (as compared to $10,500 last year). This
includes a donation of $5,000 from our MNA, Pierre Paradis, and we thank him for once again
supporting this event and the Foundation.
As well, we extend our thanks to all of you who participated and contributed to
this meaningful tradition, whether you were a sponsor, organizer, volunteer or diner.
