The BMP Foundation is delighted to announce the launch of its latest fundraising initiative, titled: À votre santé!
In collaboration with several local wineries, the BMP Foundation invites you to enjoy delicious local wines and products for the benefit of Brome-Missisquoi healthcare. When used in moderation, wine has beneficial properties that lie in its high content of polyphenols, anti-inflammatory antioxidants naturally present in grapes. Do good for your health and for the health of your region!
As of today, participants can purchase a passport for À votre santé! Once they have chosen their package, they will be able to go to the winery which they have selected for the tasting. This is a great activity for couples, families, or friends this summer! Stroll along the trails of Brome-Missisquoi and fall in love once again with our beautiful region!

The four participating wineries offer a Basic package for $60 and a Deluxe package for $100 that will delight foodies and oenophiles alike!

Packages are on sale until September 15th, 2023. A portion of the package price will be donated directly to the BMP Foundation. Thank you to all the participating wineries for agreeing to take part in this fundraising event!
Two decentralized automated cabinets
This year, all funds raised at our events and solicitation communications will be used to help fund two decentralized automated cabinets of the BMP Hospital Pharmacy. This project complements an initiative launched by the Department of Health and Human Services in 2013. To secure the storage and administration of medications on critical and high-volume care units, decentralized automated cabinets have been installed in several BMP Hospital departments.
The BMP Foundation wishes to continue to secure pharmaceuticals in two other departments that have a high use of identified hazardous drugs and narcotics: the Birthing Pavilion and the Operating Room. The acquisition of these two decentralized automated cabinets and the training of staff in the use of this new equipment represents a total investment of $171,000. Did you know that medication errors account for more than 50% of reported incidents in Quebec hospitals? By participating in the BMP Classic, you are helping to minimize these errors at the Brome-Missisquoi-Perkins Hospital. Thank you for your participation!
